Positive Psychology workshop

One emotion that is probably dearest to most people is happiness, a state of well being and contentment that is much to be desired. Positive psychology means shifting the focus away from negative (abuse, anxiety, depression) to a more positive focus on strengths, well – being and the pursuit of happiness.
