Orientation on “Effective Parenting” for working parents

Research suggests that children having both parents working become self sufficient at an early age. But on the flipside, behavior of such children also shows traits such as lack of connect with parents, lack of discipline, materialistic attitude, high levels of irritation, getting into a bad company, take up undesirable habits and addictions, etc.
