Counselling Desk has been initiated by Jidnyasa to help working professionals find solutions to their problems at their very own work place. Our team of Counsellors set up their desk in the organisation’s premise during hours requested by the organization. Employees can interact with Counsellors and get their personal concerns, queries, issues resolved during time slots that are comfortable for them. Topics of discussion can include managing Work Stress, enhancing Personal Effectiveness, dealing with circumstantial transitions such as job change, marriage, divorce, medical emergencies at family front, etc.

Orientation Sessions for Employees-Effective Parenting
